“ | The late hours in this town belong to those other people, the night people. They're very quiet, despite their size, and very different than us. More important than that, they don't like being seen. So we get the day, and they get the night. Don't get caught out after dark. | „ |

Night people are a group of humanoid creatures created by Trevor Henderson.
Appearance[]
Night people are humanoid creatures with an unnatural appearance. They vaguely resemble humans. But they do not have some characteristic signs for a normal person, such as the presence of genitals, anal, hair all over the body, and pronounced pigmentation. The height of these creatures varies from 3 to 16 meters /10 - 53 feet. Some organs in the digestive system are missing, and the excretory system is completely absent. In most cases, the creatures do not have external ears, or they are hidden under a thick layer of hair. Eyebrows and facial hair (beard, mustache) missing. The organ of smell (nose) is poorly expressed and in most cases does not have any specialty. The skin of Night people is quite strong, due to its unusual bumpy structure. It is mostly dark beige or pale in color.
Other features of appearance, such as eye color/size, hair on the head, mouth width, number of teeth, length of neck, arms or legs differ from every other Night person. This means that each specimen of these creatures is individual.
Behaviour, physiology and origins[]
Night people are quite unpredictable creations. Each specimen has its own unusual behavior. For example:
- Some hide behind buildings, trees and various structures, waiting for their prey. As soon as the target of the Night human gets as close to him as possible, he will abruptly grab and eat it in a short period of time.
- Others, noticing their victims, run towards them with great speed. As soon as the monster gets as close to its prey as possible, it will either grab it and eat it, or crush it under its feet.
- In rarer cases, Night human simply stands in one place and watches the passing creatures without making any attempts to injure or destroy them in any way.
- Sometimes these creatures can combine certain actions from the previously mentioned behaviors. For example, first observe the victim, and later abruptly start running after it, chasing the target - hiding behind buildings along the way, etc.
- In much rarer cases, the behavior of Night People can be radically inexplicable or unreasonable.

Trivia[]
- The canonicity of Night People is still in question.
- It is still unknown whether Night People are group of The Giants or not. Also, maybe Trevor Henderson just forgot to add these creatures to the list (as happened to the God of Roadkill and possibly will happen to the Highway Worm, Country Road Creature and other similar creatures).
- The base photo for 2018 image was made by @wifi_failure on Twitter.
- Night people are very similar to the Titans from the manga/anime "Attack on Titans".
- Perhaps, when creating his Night People, Trevor Henderson was inspired by these concepts.
