Description
The creature depicts a human-like creature with a mouth that goes from the top of his face to the bottom of his torso. The creature also depicts a muscle-like skin all around it's body.
The mouth on the creature is similar to the mouth of The Smile Room.
Since the creature is in a human-like shape, we can assume that the creature is a human who fell victim to The Smile Room and stayed there with no escape for a long period of time.
