The Fugitive

Appearance

The fugitive has two black eyes with an enlarged fleshy face. It does not have any facial features otherwise. We cannot see the rest of its body as its covered by darkness. It seems to have one missing eye and a circular mouth with possibly no teeth. The nose cavity seem to be skull-like, as it is formed in as a dent by the flesh, of what could possibly be the hole.

Trivia

It is said to hide from cops and other humans staying in places no one goes to anymore
it is not dangerous and will scurry away if it is seen
According to Trevor's notes, it is escaping from The Pursuer, another of Trevor's creations.
It said to have done crimes of “spiritual obsolescence”
