Floorboard Creak

*Creak...........creak..........creak........*

The Floorboard Creak creature appears to be a grotesque creature seen peeking through a doorway and may be hostile, or perhaps shy in nature.

Appearance

It appears to have saggy, greyish purple skin and a noodle like torso as seen via the shadow besides the doorway. It has some missing facial features such as its eyes, nose, and ears although it's clear that they were there at some point due to the eye sockets being visible and indentations on the side of the head presumably where ears were as well as what may be the spot of a former nose visible.

A wide open mouth like structure with what may be a second mouth inside is very visible on the creatures "face", it seems as if it's trying to smile? the creature also possesses what is believed to be an appendage of sorts which is most likely used for its locomotion.
