~ A report about suspicious activity from the creature's original location. |
The Corpse Abomination is a grotesque creature drawn by canadian horror artist Trevor Henderson. As its name would suggest, this creature is an amalgamation made from a number of dug-up corpses. It’s true purpose and intentions have yet to be made clear, but what is certain is that they would likely be rather sinister. It is possible he is related to Sirenhead or has something to do with him due to their similar appearances, though this unlikely.

Appearance
The Corpse Abomination depicts an extremely thin and gangling humanoid figure, standing motionless in a snowed-over Mount Pleasant cemetery during a gloomy night. The creature seems to lack much depth to it, and has a very stiff pose.
The entire body of this disgusting creature appears to be composed of almost nothing but fresh, skinless human flesh, which form a somewhat humanoid figure. The creature’s limbs are disproportionately longer compared to the rest of its body, and are so thin that they might actually lack any proper bones inside of them, or have many smaller broken-up bones instead. This is further backed up by the fact that the arms seem to be able to bend and twist backwards.
The legs also end with small feet, which seem to have more proper bones inside of them, suggesting that they are simply made of pre-existing feet, rather than being made from other parts. The same cannot be said for the hands however, as they have been customized to have very small palms, but also posses three long and thin fingers made of bones, likely simulating claws. There are no other fingers besides the index, middle, and ring finger.
The torso region of the body is relatively the same, being made of slimy, skinless flesh. Although, from the chest to the shoulders, there does appear to be a more pronounced skeletal system, likely being made of more intact bones than the limbs. There is also a large sheet of flesh attached to its shoulders, which gives the appearance of a draped over piece of clothing.
The head of the creature is not visible in the image, as it’s just above the edge of the screen. Due to this, it is difficult to determine the height of the monster. Using some estimations, the height of this Cryptid is likely around 9 Feet or 2.74 Meters.
Behavior and Origins
Very little is known about the true behavior and origins of this peculiar creature. Based on the caption given to the image, it is likely made up of the missing corpses from the empty graves that were found in Mount Pleasant cemetery. It is still unknown how the creature actually managed to come to life, although there are two main theories regarding this.
Occult Theory
This theory is the more likely of the two, as it posits that the creature was somehow brought to life by an individual who had practiced medicine or black magic. While this may seem outlandish, there are actually a number of different creatures that Trevor has made which are former humans that were either mutated or brought back to life using black magic and other strange practices. The motives for these cases are unclear, although they were likely just made out of curiosity, like a Frankenstein-esque experiment, as the creator of these Cryptids don’t seem to care too much about them, letting them roam free in the world. It is also possible that the creature killed its creator after it was revived.
Parasite Theory
Another theory is that the creature is not as supernatural as they were thought to be, and is actually some sort of parasite or infection that is using the corpses as a host, and combining itself with other corpses for additional biomass. Another example of a similar creature is the Headless Infection, which may actually be the same creature as this one. Admittedly, this theory has much less ground and evidence compared to the previous one.
Additional Behavior
Taking these theories into account, this particular Cryptid would probably behave similarly to a depiction of a zombie in media, although likely more intelligent. The caption implies that it fled the graveyard from which it originated from, given that police investigators have yet to find it. It may have went on to hunt more victims or dig up other graves.
What type of sustenance the creature requires is not known, however it is possible that it does not need to consume food or water at all, since it is comprised of corpses that lack the need for such nutrients. If the parasite theory is true, then it may have actually eaten the skin of the corpses, which would have given it its fleshy appearance. It may also survive solely on the addition of biomass to its body, which would explain why many other graves were reported to be empty, even ones that were far away from the creature’s original spot.
Abilities
The main ability of this creature is its slender, flexible body and animal-like intelligence. These perks greatly benefit the creature by allowing it to be exceedingly stealthy and difficult to spot. This gives it a special advantage when it comes to hunting down prey, as well as escaping people trying to hunt it down. This would also lend it to be a very fast and agile mover, and even let it climb better than most humans.
When it comes to hunting and killing prey, it would use its three long claws to tear at whatever it is trying to consume. Speaking of which, there is a possibility that it consumes organic matter by adding it to itself, which means that it gets physically larger and more powerful after every consumption. It also doesn’t need to hunt down living prey, as corpses seem to do the job just as well. It may also be able to regenerate any lost matter by adding to itself, making it regeneratively immortal, unless it is unable to find any biomass.
All of these abilities would certainly make it a difficult Cryptid to hunt down and kill, although it is not as powerful of an opponent as many other monsters in the Trevor Henderson Mythos.

Trivia
- The name "Corpse Abomination" is a fan-made name, but should still be used when referring to this creature until an official name is given.
- The creature was originally mistaken to be Siren Head, due to their similar body shapes.
- It may be related to Worm-like Fingers, as they have a similar body shape and height. It is possible that the aforementioned creature is a more complete version of this one.
