Cool Guy is a creature made by artist Trevor Henderson.

Appearance
Cool Guy depicts a strange, thin creature that does not have a clear form. Most of the creature’s body appears to be merely bones, covered with pale, fleshy skin. Starting with his torso; which is relatively human-like in appearance, has a very visible ribcage on account of it’s thin skin, containing 26 (or more) ribs, a few more than an average person’s rib count.
The lower half of the creature is completely missing, instead having a long and fleshy head-like body part where it’s pelvis should be. Because of this, the creature does not possess any legs and is forced to walk on it’s arms, similarly to a few other creatures by Trevor. The head-like structure appears to be stretching downwards and possesses a large mouth with human-like teeth, expressing a wide toothy grin.
The arms of this creature are extremely thin, almost appearing like his bones were simply covered up with a thin layer of skin. They are also disproportionately long, likely for walking due to the lack of legs. His hands are not visible in the image, however; leaving their appearance to the imagination of the viewer.
The most interesting part of this creature is it’s large, bulbous head that is connected to it’s torso with a large mass of tissue. The head itself is very thick, long, and can seemingly bend at any point, giving it a very worm-like appearance. This worm-like head contains many large veins bulging out of it’s thin skin and goes on for unknown heights. There are also four black, beady eyes located where a person’s eyes normally would be, or in this case, the lower part of this worm-like head.
Behavior
Due to Cool Guy being a mere warm-up drawing by Trevor, we do not have much information about him, and it’s unlikely we will ever get a second drawing, let alone more information about him anytime soon. This means that we do not know anything about his behavior or interests, save for the following.
Abilities
The few things we do know about him comes from his actual appearance. We can see that he has four or more beady eyes which would allow him to have a very large field of vision, possibly even 360 degrees if his eyes go all around until the back of his head as well.
Another thing to note is that given his extremely thin and bony arms, he would not be able to support the weight of his enormous worm-like head. This could mean that he has some sort of ability to defy gravity (like some of The Giants seem to do), or that his worm-like head is actually connect to a ceiling of some kind. Another possibility is that he can levitate, thus negating any weight issues.
Trivia
- Since he is just a warm-up drawing, it’s unlikely that we will get another drawing of him by Trevor.
- He bears a slight resemblance to the typical depiction of Nyarlathotep, a monster from the H. P. Lovecraft Mythos.
- If he does walk on his arms, he will be one of a few monsters by Trevor to do so, namely Bonesworth, Teke-Teke, Followed You Home, and a few others.
