Cartoon Dog (That May or May Not Be Related To Cartoon Cat) is a tall humanoid dog-like creature with an elongated body, referencing the rubber hose style. It has large white eyes with dilated black pupils, long thin dangling arms that go down to its feet. It wears white gloves and has gaping white teeth with visible gums that clash with the cartoonish style. His skin is black and smooth, almost rubber.
