20th Century Boy seems to be a flying hexapod entity with void black skin, similar to Breaking News. Its face seems mad, & it seems to have a "cute" triangle shaped mouth like a cartoon that's completely white and so bright it's shining off the skin. As for its eyes seems to completely round and looking at the while it's white just like the mouth. The Sky Screamer seems to be like a floating squid, octopus or any Cephalopods because of it having tentacles/octopus-arms instead off legs.
By using the buildings (and squid biography), we can measure the Sky Screamer at 255 meters tall and each tentacle has a length of about 160 meters long. In feet, its 836.614 feet tall , & massive compared to Giant Puppeteer who is approximately only 133.8583 feet.

20th Century Boy is a Destruction Giant. Similar to Breaking News the Sky Screamer uses its darkness as an advantage to sneak up on cities and destroy them when it's too late. The sky screamer has many abilities like flying and being able to sneak up on cities.
